Project Details:

Eliminate Graffiti:
Vandalised areas were treated with product to breakdown the paint. Then using high pressure washers, the affected areas were washed down.
Following the successful removal of the graffiti, key areas were then treated with an anti-graffiti product, the purpose of which was to aid in the fast removal of any subsequent vandalism.

External Building Cleans:
All external cladding, fascias metalwork and woodwork was cleaned with product and then washed down using pressure washers.
All walls, walkways and flagged areas were treated and cleaned using pressure washers.

External Repairs:
Firstly the area was excavated and the chimney base and barrier were removed.
The existing curb stones were removed and new curb stones were concreted into place to create new parking bay.
A sub base of stone was laid and compacted, then topped with new tarmac.

Carry out repair to existing access ramp:
Firstly lift and remove existing broken concrete ramp.
Prep base, cut and lay new flags.
Point in flags, clean area and dispose of debris.

Repair and resurface external walkways:
Firstly rotten wooden edgings were removed and replaced with new concrete flat top edgings.
Defective tarmac was lifted and sub-bases made sound.
All pathways were then top coated with new tarmac to the level of the new edgings.
Grassed areas adjoining pathways were dressed with soil to the level of the edgings, further eliminating trip hazards.
